I am a highly experienced restaurateur with 25 years of experience in the industry. Deep knowledge in concept development, operations, construction build-outs, menu development, and financials. I have managed, owned and operated all concepts from fine dining to quick casual. My responsibilities in the past included: 20 new restaurant openings, food/labor/beverage cost controls, overseeing blue print and construction, P&L, leasing agreements and more.
